Eligible new products can be considered for return whether or not they have a defect, and exchange requests are welcome.
When and what you may request
Contact us no later than 30 days after the item is delivered. For a preference change, wrong choice, or other non-defective return, the product must remain new, unused, and in its original condition. Tell us promptly about defects, transit damage, incorrect products, absent components, or a significant description mismatch.
Review before mailing
Begin with an email to ehegamefem057@gmail.com. Provide the order number, purchasing email, explanation, and problem photos or video when appropriate. Do not mail a return until it is approved and we have confirmed the correct address and directions. Your package contains a free prepaid return label; contact us if the label is lost or was not included. There is no restocking fee.
Replacement or money back
An exchange is subject to approval and stock. Once a refund has been approved, we process or initiate the credit to the original payment method within 10 days. Separate processing by a bank or card provider may continue afterward. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.
