Preparation period
We typically need 1–2 business days to prepare an accepted order once payment authorization succeeds. Checkout presents destination availability and any shipping charge before the order is submitted.
Travel time after dispatch
The estimated shipping journey is 4–6 business days from dispatch. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date; carrier disruptions, severe weather, and address issues can affect progress.
If tracking raises a concern
Send the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and relevant images to ehegamefem057@gmail.com when a parcel is late, damaged, missing, or scanned as delivered but cannot be found.
